About PCMS
The Pulaski County Medical Society (PCMS) was the first medical
organization chartered by the State of Arkansas in 1866.
For more than 136 years, PCMS physicians have been the
voices for organized medicine at the community level.
Strategic planning efforts are clearly defined through
the organization's Vision and Mission statements.
Vision Statement
Build a dynamic and responsive association committed to upholding
the advancement of organized medicine and the protection
of public health.
Mission
Promote and preserve the highest standards of medical care and
medical ethics; conserve and protect the public health of
the community, and foster and guard the professional
interest of its members.
