Social Events PCMS sponsors an annual spring social for members and guests, Last summer’s event at Brave New Restaurant was highly successful. Medical Student Alliance The Society hosts more than 100 incoming freshmen medical students each August during orientation week at UAMS. Lunch is served and students learn about the value of society membership and purpose of organized medicine from the PCMS Board of Directors. Annual Membership Meeting The November Annual Membership/Business Meeting and dinner agenda includes election of officers and delegates. The “President’s Award” is presented annually to a physician(s) who have given extraordinary service to the practice of medicine. |
